The PPP is a club neutral, year around supplemental training program for grassroots, intermediate and elite level players. This prestigious program also includes winter and summer showcase events and identification pathway into the Union Academy.
This is an invite only program for boys and girls U8-U14. Our professional staff provides age-appropriate training aligned with the Union methodology and philosophy.

*Top gold players selected for showcase events
**To be eligible for the Union Youth PPP program player must have participated in a camp, clinic or training program and recommended by a Union Youth coach.
The Philadelphia Union Youth PPP forms showcase teams that are comprised of the top youth players from across the region at the U8-U14 age groups.
These showcase teams will compete in national and future international events. Player pools are established through our Player Pathway Program.
How can I get my child into the Player Pathway Program?
Players are scouted from U8-U14. The program takes recommendations from a club affiliate director or a Philadelphia Union Youth coach to form the pool of players for each age group. The group is constantly evolving and players come and go as the team ages up. Making the Union Youth PPP does not mean a player will always be involved and players can be added to the group at any time.
Who is eligible to play for a PPP Showcase team?
Any PPP player between the ages of U8 and U14 are eligible to be selected.
Who coaches the select teams?
Philadelphia Union Youth coaches make up our coaching staff.
